training a German Shorthair Pointer?

I am having a hard time trying to teach my dog to sit she knows her name and drop and no but sitting she doesn’t seem to want to do for nothing. Any help we have tried the treats and toys . i know she is not to young she is 11 weeks old and we have been working on this for 4 weeks now. She can’t got to classes until she is 16 weeks old but I wouldl ike for her to sit on command by then. Or is that to much to ask of her?

At 11 weeks her attention span is simply not ready for reliable obedience commands. Focus on keeping all training session fun and interesting for the pup. Practice an excitable recall and loose leash walking. This is also the best time to socialize your pup to people, places, other pets and noisy scary objects like vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, can openers…etc.
